How do I use my phone
cards?
Once you have successfully completed the payment process,
you will receive an email from LDS containing important details
such as:
- PIN Number(s)
- Access numbers for your Card(s)
If a local access number for your city is listed, use this
to make all your calls. Otherwise, try the freephone number
(0800) number listed for your card.
For most cards, the dialing procedure is:
- Call access number (local or freephone)
- Enter PIN
- Enter destination number International calls 00+countrycode+phonenumber

Rewards points are awarded to your account when you purchase
from us. The amount of points added depends on the total amount
of your purchase. Your reward points will automatically be redeemed
when you make your next purchase.

How do I use the Quick
Rate Search?
You can perform a quick search right from the home page!
Just look for the QUICK RATE SEARCH table, select your destination
country from the drop down list and click on the GO button.
You will be shown a list of cards with the best rates for calling
that country.

When do I receive PIN
numbers and dialing instructions?
This information is immediately emailed to the email address
supplied to us after successful completion of the payment process.
If, for any reason, you don't receive your PIN after payment
then please let us know and we will be glad to assist you further

What if I don't receive
PIN numbers after payments?
Normally, the PIN number(s) and dialing instructions are emailed
as soon as the payment process is complete. Sometimes, emails
can be delayed due to network problems, etc.
If you don't receive the PIN number(s) or dialing instructions
after your payment is accepted, don't worry! Simply let us know
via email/phone and we will be glad to help you resolve any
issues as swiftly as possible.

Can I use my phone
card from a payphone?
Absolutely!
You may do so in the following two ways:
Local Access Number
If you have a local access number, please use the payphone to
call this number and follow the dialing instruction on the email
to complete your call.
Freephone Access Number
You may also use the freephone number listed in your dialing
instructions. Please note that a per minute surcharge is applied
for calls made through the freephone numbers.
